KICKS LAB. and ASICS tiger have been developed collaboration sneakers these days and they quickly sold out for their excellent color blocking and the design. For example they launched ASICS Tiger GEL-LYTE V “PHYS ED” collaborated with Singaporean sneaker customizer “SBTG” in 2015 and they launched ASICS Tiger GEL-LYTE III “HIKESHI” collaborated with “sneakerwolf “ in 2016.The design concept for ASICS Tiger GEL-LYTE III “KLSHINOBI” is Shinobi which is a p caraphrase for “NINJA”. KICKS LAB. developed a story “what if a Ninja wears a pair of sneaker”. Using many kind of materials such as premium suede on the most part of the upper and large-meshed net. This pair features monotone color blocking such as Black, grey and white which is matured yet crispy. On the insoles and the outsoles Japanese idioms related to Ninja are printed. Some of them are developed by KICKS LAB. which reminds us of the unique Ninja culture using secret codes in their daily life.
