<If you have registered as a member only through the online store>
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you registered as an online member by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, we ask that you reset your login password.
How to set it up:
1: Click or tap the icon on the far right at the top of the TOP page.
2: When the login screen appears, click or tap "Forgot your password?"
3: Enter the email address you previously registered and click or tap the "Send" button. We will send you an email to confirm your account, so please confirm it.
*Please note that you will not be able to continue using your account unless you confirm the "Customer Account Verification" email.
<For those who have registered as a member at a physical store, or who have registered as a member at both the online store and a physical store>
We apologize for the inconvenience, but customers who registered as members at a physical store, or both online and in-store, by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, will need to register as a new member on the online store or reset their password.
In addition, any points you have used in physical stores will need to be transferred in-store.
