KICKS LAB., a premium sneaker boutique that spreads Japanese sneaker culture from Harajuku to the world, has launched its future-oriented initiative "KL SPORT". The first commemorative project is the release of the collaboration model PUMA PALERMO MIJ KL SPORT, created by KICKS LAB.

There may be many sneaker enthusiasts who dislike wrinkles and dirt on their sneakers. However, the aging process, such as wrinkles and dirt that occurs with wear, is expressed as "Aji", and the concept is to "create a pair of shoes that are just yours" in pursuit of the ideal shape. By repeatedly "wearing and polishing (= cultivating)", a unique pair that is unique to the wearer is completed.

The model name "Palermo" comes from the name of a place in the northwest of Sicily, Italy, and became a classic model representing the terrace style of the 1980s. This work is a "MADE IN JAPAN (MIJ)" series made with high-quality materials and produced by Japanese craftsmen. The spirit of craftsmanship is truly present in the product.

The main material is a combination upper made of black natural leather and nubuck leather, which gives it a strong "stylish" feel. As accents, the form strip is made of enamel material with a glossy bright orange, the stitching and shoelace tips are light blue, and the liner is lime yellow. The insole is colored black and white, which are also the store colors of ＜KICKS LAB.＞.
