VANS BY TOKYO DESIGN COLLECTIVE

TOKYO DESIGN COLLECTIVE (TDC) is a design team from Tokyo that incorporates Japanese product design and craftsmanship to create new design concepts.
This time, the second release of the ＜VANS TOKYO DESIGN COLLECTIVE BY TADAYUKI KATO & SHINSUKE NAKADA＞, which welcomes ＜Tadayuki Kato＞ and ＜Shinsuke Nakata＞, who have been leading the Japanese fashion scene for many years, as guest designers, is the ＜TOKYO CRUISE＞ collection.

The first footwear in the VANS TDC collection, which welcomed Kato and Nakata as guest designers, incorporates a design inspired by running shoes. The OLD SKOOL 36 SP uses mesh material for the upper and reflective material for the side stripes. The SLIP-ON REISSUE 98 SP also uses the same upper material and features a reflective patch on the heel. Both models are equipped with VANS' new high-resilience polyurethane foam, the VANS SOLA FOAM ADC insole, which provides a significantly improved fit.
