``ONE STAR'' was released in 1968 as the successor to the All Star.It features Converse's iconic star mark on the side, and is recognized as a popular and timeless classic. Although it is now in stable distribution, in 1968 it was a fantastic product whose production was discontinued after just under four years due to the unstable supply of the material "smooth leather". Ten years later, in 1984, the long-established Japanese footwear manufacturer Moonstar revived it as ``MADE IN JAPAN,'' and it is also famous as a product that made the world aware of the high level of Japanese technology.
