CONVERSE x YU NAGABA
The Jack Purcell loafers are the third collaboration model with Yu Nagaba, an illustrator and active artist.
Based on the popular penny loafer, this unique pair of shoes features an asymmetrical, hand-drawn smile on the toe that looks like dripping ink.
The toe cap of the right foot is printed with "NO RAIN," the title of a song by an American rock band that Nagaba often listened to in his 20s.
The design incorporates Nagaba's distinctive hand-drawn touch into the insole logo, heel patch, and size information on the back of the tongue.
In addition, a portion of Nagaba's famous art piece is printed on the side of the heel, making this model of special value to fans.
