-------Please tell us about your current work.
I am responsible for store operations and management. Like the other staff, I also offer sneaker proposals and sales, as well as store displays. We also conduct regular interviews with staff to share information and create an environment that is easy to work in.
------- What kind of career did you go through before you got your current job?
In my previous job, I worked as a salesperson at a sports shop. I joined the company from a part-time job and became a full-time employee after working as a contract employee. After that, I worked as a store manager. I liked sneakers, so I wanted to work while being surrounded by them, so I changed jobs to KICKS LAB.
I joined KICKS LAB.
-------What do you find rewarding about working as a store manager?
When I was able to propose sneakers that suit the customer. And when that customer comes to the store later and says, "Thank you very much. I really like it." And I feel rewarded when all the staff are enjoying their work.
------- What kind of people do you think are suitable?
All the other staff members like sneakers just like me. It's hard to work if you don't like it, but I feel that people who can act not only for themselves but also for others are suitable. There are many experienced staff, so there is a lot to learn and a lot to be inspired by. By all means, let's liven up the sneakers together!
