Customer service and general sales at physical stores

Customer service and sales to customers who come to the store. Handle mail order inquiries over the phone. Maintain the store environment.

Improving skills after joining the company

  • A training period is provided for the job content, so even beginners can start working with confidence. After learning the basics, you will have one-on-one interviews with a manager every two months and with the president every six months to discuss individual problem solving, goal setting, etc., and plan your own specific step-up.
